  I get Dunkin normally 3-4 times a week. I order the same thing every time but today I got my order, advised the employee that it did not look mixed well that it was not mixed correctly and she insisted with a attitude it was evenly mixed though you can see clearly it was not made like it should have been, it tasted like milk with a hint of coffee... it's Expresso I should be able to taste it!. This is THE NASTIEST caramel craze iced latte I've ever ordered and tasted. I will not return back to this location again I'd rather take time any other location then this one smh.

  The customer service here lacks very badly. The worker whom if I’m not mistaken is of Hispanic descent she has no type of good customer service. Let’s start by saying she rushes your order on top of giving a nasty attitude while doing so. There’s no need to have manners with her because she lacks to have any herself my order is always either wrong or just simply burnt. I literally hate stopping at this location it’s a terrible experience.

  The absolute worst service you could possibly get from a place would be here…. My husband went in for a coffee and some food.. the manager then was handling a drive trough order and sold the food he purchased to the drive through person THEN wouldn’t even give his money back… so he then just walked out…. This is sickening that people are this cruel… AND A MANAGER AT THAT! All employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers.. one of their names being TIA…

  I go almost every day and get an iced dunkelatte and some days a strawberry daydream refresher for my daughter. They are the only dunkin that makes the dunkelatte really well. The staff are always super polite and in a good mood no matter who is there! They are friendly and always have smiles. I love going there almost daily for my drink! If the staff see this, thank you for always being friendly and kind. Yall are amazing! Not a lot of places have the customer service like they do anymore.
