I used to work at Popeyes as a manager, and I’ve never treated customers poorly or messed up orders like this. The service here is honestly worse than I thought. I specifically asked for a vanilla hot coffee, but you gave me just a plain hot coffee which my sister doesn’t even like. This is really disappointing. You all need to do better, it feels like a waste of money.
