  As someone who regularly reviews restaurants, I try to give every location a fair and honest assessment. Unfortunately, this was my second experience at this location, and both visits resulted in subpar food quality. Hoping for improvement, I attempted to place another order tonight to give the store one final chance. However, I was unable to do so due to a complete system outage—online ordering was unavailable, and even basic functions like processing coupons were not working. Situations like this raise concerns not only about food quality, but also about overall operations and reliability. It’s especially disappointing because I was genuinely excited when this Domino’s opened so close to home. However, based on my experiences so far, I have found myself returning to the Linglestown location, where the service is consistent and the product meets expectations. I hope to see improvements in the future, but as it stands, this location has significant operational and quality challenges that need to be addressed.

  Today is 4/19/2026 receipt time 2:28pm. Recept #4727. 6th Street Harrisburg. I just wanted to tell the staff of who keeps making my loaded cheese tots. Please keep doing what yall been doing because they are perfect 👌 I got the burnt cheese underneath & that's how it's supposed to be. Crunchy tots to perfection. I had to tell you guys this because the location on linglestown rd. Had ordered them there. I was extremely disappointed that I spent money on trash tots that upset my stomach. It was like they should of gave me mashed potatoes instead. Just wet tots. I truly believe yall that are doing them this way my need a raise n be the trainer for how to make food delicious 😋 Seriously. Thank you! I pray that this spot doesn't later on disappoint me. Please stay a good spot to come to. Thank you.
