I called this location to modify my order 30 min before my pick up time. The lady at the counter said she will fix this for me. When I reached there to pick up my pizza, order was not changed. I asked them for this and they said my pizza was already made before I called in. How is this possible that your pizza is already made 30 min before your pick up time. I asked supervisor why did you guys not tell me on the phone that your pizza is already made and we can’t change your order now. I also asked her name and her reply was you rather leave now or we will call the cops. Never ever this place again.

Next time I order on app they say the driver on the way to me then the driver never comes! Then the manager on the phone nonchalant about my issue and saying I order from.wrong store the app chooses for me I didn't pick it I won't order from here late night no more

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I got home, the cheesy bread was stale, hard, and not properly cooked from the inside. The pizza was also cold, hard, and undercooked. Due to the poor quality, I ended up throwing both items away and reordering from my usual location. I’ve consistently had great experiences with the Domino’s on Devonshire Road in Harrisburg — their food is always fresh and well-prepared. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid the Eisenhower location.
