- DWDanielle Wise4 days ago1.0Very disappointing visit tonight. The line was dirty and they were out of multiple basic items (no salad, dressing, chicken, or fajita veggies). When I asked about getting more, the employee seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. The manager was extremely rude when I asked for a side of cilantro and flat-out refused. The attitude alone was enough to ruin the experience. I walked out with one order finished and another only half made. This is not acceptable, especially for a place I visit regularly. Huge decline in both service and quality.

However, when they serve you here, they pile on the rice, but give you very little of everything else you ordered—a tiny amount of everything except the rice. Just serve proper portions and charge whatever it costs, but stop being so stingy with the food. Everything is measured out, yes, but the portions are just too small...
