- MRMatthew Rivera2 days ago1.0Literally brown fries that look over cooked, lines backed up with no queueing, literally no energy at all lackluster. Forgot my Mac and cheese called back they said they can’t refund I can pick up in purchase or get my refund in person. Like no care at all for my pregnant girlfriend’s food they didn’t provide, seems like they only follow policy when it’s used against customers. I won’t be going back here and they can keep their Mac and cheese they lost my business.

On the several occasions I’ve visited this location, I’ve spoken with the owner/operator, Lauren, and one of the kitchen managers, Noah — they are both very kind and dedicated individuals who make the customer experience encouraging and personal. Their food also meets the quality, delicious Chick-fil-a standard you’re craving when you’re on the road! Five stars because this is a great new CFA location.

- ASAndrew SmithApr 14, 20262.0I bought an order to eat there for $40 for 2 of us, and got a to go order for $40. I got cheese sauce to dip my fries and nuggets into it. The cup was 1/4 filled. Every other Chik-fil-a gives a half a cup to 3/4 of a cup. I asked for more and the employee asked the manager who was sitting nearby eating. She responded rudely that you only get one squirt and have to pay for another one if you want more cheese sauce. To top it off, she got done eating, got up and left all the trash on the table for someone else to clean up. This will be the only Chik-fil-a I will not go to anymore. The manager needs more training or a new career path.
