  So normal to love the taco salad this problem happened before, but the past couple of times it has been really good. I guess it really does depend on who is cooking but I’m pretty sure it’s not that hard to drain water out of beef. So here is my taco salad I was served last night at 7:30 PM March 25th 2026 a plate full of water. And was only asked if I would like a dessert. I just said no thank you. I was a very good customer but won’t be back. Definitely went downhill.

She agreed, but didn’t mention that the burrito and chile relleno would *also* be covered in red sauce. The burrito was actually the best item on the plate. The cheese enchilada wasn’t hot, which was disappointing because it would’ve been good otherwise. The chile relleno was a bit over‑breaded for my taste but still decent. Unfortunately, the red sauce was a deal‑breaker for me. Even my husband—who loves cooked tomatoes—didn’t care for this particular sauce. It’s similar to the orange‑tinted, oregano‑heavy sauce a lot of places in the area use. Plenty of people love it, but it’s just not for us. My husband ordered the street tacos and said they were good. On the bright side, the salsa and guacamole were excellent, and our waitress was attentive.

  Our first time, we ordered the speedy lunch with chicken taco and chicken enchilada. Both were excellent. We also ordered the birracassida, one tamale and one carnita street taco. It also came with rice and refried beans. Too much food for one person. The birracassida is a quesadilla filled with birra taco meat and cheese. Excellent! They serve the largest tamale I ever ate in the area. Excellent! The carnita street taco was also excellent. Everything we had was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will be back.
