The lady at the drive thru cut me off mid order and when I tried to correct her saying I was ordering an additional item she insisted I move up to the front window. When I got to the front window and paid with cash, she essentially threw the change at me. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I have never heard any good review about this store and I will not be returning. I’m going to the one in Hatfield instead from now on.

I’ve been to several other Dunkin Donuts where they all allow you to use more than one coupon but not this place. The hash browns were so small. Then I went inside to use another coupon and the older woman was almost hostile, again I did not feel welcome or good customer service. The younger staff seemed sweet and smiled so she is clearly not the problem. Very annoying they had the wrong names of the donuts in front of the wrong donuts behind the glass so I ordered a glazed because that’s what the sign said but apparently the one I wanted was called an old fashioned… fix your signs so customers can order what they want, smh.
