The bread was clearly not fresh—felt like it was from the previous day, very hard and dry, and not even warm. I asked to toast some veggies with my sub, but they only allowed onion and green pepper—no other options were offered. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and seemed to be in a hurry, even though there were only a few customers. The tables were dirty, and it looked like no one had cleaned in a while. Even the veggies didn’t look or taste fresh. Overall, the customer service and food quality were both well below expectations. Definitely not the standard you’d expect from Subway.
