  After waiting at this location for 35 minutes for mozzarella sticks, a pretzel, and 3 drinks we left. The service is beyond slow, and 2 other customers had their items long before we did. Then we see 3 employees go out to a vehicle for a friend visiting while we still had no service. Disgustingly run business in this town.

  I ordered through the app thinking it would be quicker, but I was completely wrong. With only two cars in front of me, I still somehow waited in the drive thru (no cars parked in the slots either) for about 25 minutes making me late back to work from my lunch break. My food was cold by the time I got it. I did not get any of the sauces I selected, except ketchup, which I did not even ask for. They forgot the tomato on my burger. I ordered two of the new refreshers advertised in the app, and they both taste like straight sparkling water with the smallest splash of flavor possible. I am very disappointed in the service, and the lack of attention they pay to details of the order.

  Honestly when the food is good, it's really good. But most of the time orders are wrong, they're out of stuff, or it just doesn't taste right. Sometimes the sweet tea is sweet, other times there isn't a hint of sweetness whatsoever. Staff are friendly and always try to fix things though.

  This location has gone to mostly drive thru only restaurant. Missing the old Sonic vibe and nostalgia. The food is still good.
