  Just went through the drive thru, they have you guessing whether theres someone on the other side since they cant bother to greet you , order placed couldnt tell you the total , you drive up to the drive thru and again no communication, couldnt even tell me my total or give me a receipt , you think you cant mess up a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel , guess again, I think the paper they wrap the sandwich in is thicker than the egg

  I’m pretty ticked off. I come to this Panera often and it’s always inconsistent. Today was by far my worst experience EVER at a Panera. I ordered 2x buy one get one deals with just cheddar broccoli soups and took the upcharge to make all 4 of them bowls (larger than cups). I picked up my food and checked it, they gave me two tiny butts of bread for all 4 bowls. I know you’re only supposed to get two pieces of baguette but these things were tiny! I wasn’t in the mood to argue so I just asked to buy 3 more baguette sides. The manager tried telling me that she doesn’t know if she’s allowed to do that… which they are. Finally, she realized how to do it and I ended up paying over $3 just to get normal sized pieces of baguette sides. I then overhear the employee that’s handling my bread talking to the manager, and she said “oh it’s fine, my hands are clean, I wash them every 30 minutes - that’s the rule right?” Ewwww so she gave me bread with her bare hands and the manager allowed it? I was already pretty ticked about that, but let it go. I get all the way home to find 3 cups (not bowls) of soup and 3 cups half way full. I’m assuming they ran out of bowls, but not only did it look very cheesy, they didn’t even give me the 4th bowl I paid for. Had to drive all the way back and argue with the manager, just to get anywhere near the correct amount of soup that I paid for. So now I’m home with cold soup. I wish they had more competent employees and managers. I would’ve discounted something for the customers troubles.

  Ran out of the light roasted coffee and had to tell the attendant. The dark roasted coffee was luke warm. My bagel seemed to be a little stale aad the people behind the counter were socializing amongst themselves rather than paying attention to their customers. My experience between this location and the one in Westminster, Md is like day and night with the one in Westminster rated as excellent.

  When getting change, I was given a 10 dollar bill that was missing a large chunk. I tried to exchange it for another 10, but this young cashier with a mask and hair covering half her face refused with a bad attitude. The food is good though, even if this cashier wasn’t.
