Giant used to have a policy that 4th in line and groceries were free. You should go back to that. When the young female manager finally decided to open more lines she went to the people at the END of the line and told them which register she was opening up. I was next in line to put my groceries on the belt and asked her - shouldn’t it be the next person in line? She replied in a snarky tone if you want to cut in front of them go ahead. No I don’t want to cut in front of people I want the next person in line to be the next person in line. Very, very unprofessional. Someone needs customer service training.
