  My one star is for the Giant Direct Pick Up. I don't have too many complaints about when I go inside to shop, but if you place a pick up order at this Giant location... Beware! You will most likely sit and wait for at least an hour for your pick up order! Whatever time slot you chose to have your order ready by, it will later than that! They will most likely start shopping for order when you let them know you've arrived for your pick up order. It's a complete joke! Two times I've placed a pick up order at this location, and both times I sat and waited longer than it would have taken me to get 3 children out of car seats, go inside to shop myself, pay, then get all the groceries and kids loaded back in the car. If you carefully plan your schedule and think you can plan a pick up order from this giant into your schedule, you'll be late for everything else you had planned. So just beware! Oh and when you call to ask them about it, expect them to be very rude!

  Went to pick up my prescription this morning because I have the flu and the woman working at the front had the biggest attitude ever. Never felt like a bigger inconvenience in my life. Sorry that I feel like crap and in here right at 9?

  Store was well stocked but messy. Produce is horrible. Checkout took the cake. I was checked out by Kenzie. Another lady named Lynn was bagging my groceries. Kenzie was as personable as a hemorrhoid. She said nothing just dragged my items over the scanner and then looked at me. I said "what's the total?" Her response was barely audible. I paid and stood while Lynn finished bagging. Instead of helping with bagging, Kenzie just stood there while the older lady continued. I sure hope Wegmans comes to town one day. You folks should visit one of their locations and see how a beautifully maintained grocery store with professional employees is like.

  I like shopping here but the pick up is always a problem. I like to do pick up on days I have a lot of other things to do and don’t have time to spend an hour walking around the store. More often than not, I’ll get a call that my pickup won’t be ready in time because too many employees called out. Today, I was told 6 employees called out! I worked retail for years so I understand things happen but I don’t understand how it happens almost every time I do a pickup. Today, my pick up was for 2-3pm. I got a call that it would be ready closer to 3. I headed over a little after 3 to be told they hadn’t even started and I’d have to wait until 5. I think I’m done with pick up from now on so I’ll just have to figure out when I can have time to actual grocery shop. Otherwise, I do like shopping here and love the store.

  Ordered Giant Direct never received. Got notifications it was delivered. Noticed it wasn't my house. Called the number the guy said he would call back. Waited 20 minutes called back no answer. Called the store for help they answered put me on hold for 24 minutes to tell me it was a Door Dash problem even though I ordered Giant Direct. I had no info for door dash nor would they provide directions. Called door dash number from the web on hold another 45 minutes hung up and will try again tomorrow. Tried calling Giant again no answer. Had to call the other Giant location who answered right away and he provided me with the corporate office # hopefully they can help. Very disappointed ive been a long time customer.
