I was asking an associate for help finding an item, and she very loud, rude, and aggressive for no reason. I found out from another associate, who was very nice that she is the grocery manager. I’ve worked in retail for 12 years and I would never treat a customer or a coworker like that. I don’t know if this lady is on a power trip or what, but she probably shouldn’t be working with the public. I will definitely not be supporting this store in the future.

This kind of unprofessional behavior—ignoring customers and gossiping about staff—should not be happening in any workplace. It’s extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the store’s management. It also makes the entire company look bad when someone who behaves like a bully is the face customers and employees have to interact with. Additionally, I later heard from another customer that they were actually struck by this manager with a shopping cart. That kind of careless behavior is not only unprofessional but also a safety concern.
