I'm pretty upset that the one day Five Guys had a BOGO sale for their 40th anniversary (2/17/25), the Hanover store disables the app so you were not able to order to get the discount. Every other Five Guys store on the locator had the app turned on. Keep in mind the discount was for online orders only, so without the app you were not able to get the BOGO deal. I can't remember Five Guys ever having another promo offer, so this was a big deal to me. I was really excited and made plans to grab burgers for the family. I tried ordering multiple times between 5 and 8 pm. I noticed a few people also complaining about this in the local face-book group, so this was happening to everyone else that was looking forward to this deal. A few of the complainers were mom's, so there's a bunch of sad kids out there that didn't get the Five Guys there were promised tonight. In my opinion, that's really messed up on whoever made the decision to disable the app. If you try and blame this on a system malfunction, than by rights you should honor the same deal when you fix your system. Hopefully management decides to make this right with a promo code so me and everyone else that missed can take advantage of the deal. Otherwise, I won't be coming back to this store. I feel robbed.

For this being the cleanest five guys ive been in its certainly the worst. First time ive gotten a straight up to raw to eat burger. Think you forgot to cook the other side of the patty kind of raw. Not to mention straight fatty undercooked bacon. Then when I try to get a refund its a nightmare. Just avoid the hanover five guys take the drive and go to westminister or something.

goto this place if you want trash food thrown in paper bag that starts dripping grease, absolutely ridiculous, Five guys used to be a restaurant of quality. I don't know what has happened over the years, but it is no longer the same.
