I called and asked to have the order made right, and I would like it delivered as the rest of the food was getting cold and family was eating dinner. I was told by the manager I could only get delivered if I paid a fee, you know like I'm the one who messed up. I left dinner with my family and drove back in to get the right food. This is not how you take care of a customer when you mess up, the inconvenience should not be on the consumer. Folks save your money and eat at home, that's what we're doing. We stopped dining out, and tried this one time in over two months and we are met with garbage. As far as the business, stop hiring 12yo managers and pay for talent. Your P&L will look better I promise.
