I told the girl at the cashier but she just shrugged her shoulders. I work two jobs in customer service and would never have done that to a customer. We have too many other options to get food at to come back here for a while. The dining room was a disaster with spilled drinks and messy tables as well. I was disappointed because unfortunately my son does like the food but I can't be spending that every few days.

They had NO shredded cheese at all and the fountain drinks had "out of order" on the ice machine and there was horrible dance/techno something music playing way too loud. I was starving and it was food and when I left I was no longer starving and that's about the only good thing I can say. There are plenty of other options in Hanover, I doubt I will be back.

Asked for a refund and it gets done over email and not on the same day. EDIT: It took over a month to get my money back. There's also no number to call. Everything was over their website. Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried this place again 11/12/25. Thinking they have hopefully improved. Nope. Not even 1/4 scoop of chicken. Literally counted 8 little pieces of chicken. They truly are skimping like everyone is saying. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Trash cans completely packed. Seating area left unclean. Employees just not caring at all about their job and customer service. Skip this place.

My husband and I couldn’t even stomach the food because it was ruined with WAY TOO MUCH salt. Made us both sick. The rice has been hard multiple times being there.. the manager is always rude to employees and customers. I could go on and on…
