- DFDaniel FeatherOct 2, 20251.0Went here for lunch for myself and some co-workers 10/2/2025. Had 3 meals plus an added sandwich. Got back to work with the food, and only 3 sandwiches in the bag. So the guy who ran for the food for lunch, never even got to eat a lunch. For $40, I would expect someone to double check the order to make sure that you are not defrauding a customer by charging them money and not give them a product. Plus, the co-workers that did get to eat said their sandwiches were cold. When I have a bad experience somewhere, I just don't go back ever. Im sorry to say Arbys, you just lost a customer. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this Arbys, but my experience was bad enough, that it will be my last trip to Arbys. No more stealing my money and not giving me food. I don't reccommend gambling your money for food here, you will lose, the house always wins.
