None of us were not acknowledged by staff for quite some time. Once we were acknowledged I received my order immediately. My coffee cup was a drippy mess with a leaking lid and my food was lukewarm. At least the order was accurate? Also, the young lady that finally did acknowledge those of us waiting inside was very nice.

We got a hot chocolate & 1 donut - the hot chocolate had not even been mixed properly - you could see the powder mix floating at the top of the drink. The donut was hard and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Go to Britton coffee instead for a much better experience
