  This location needs to be shut down. Corporate has no customer service at all. Will never get my business again.

  Super disappointed, I came in with my daughter and her friends and they refused to take my order manually and made me place the order on the screen. As anticipated it took 10 times longer and they didn’t even have some of the items we wanted so they still had to take those items manually . I don’t think the screen should be the only option when there are people behind the counter that could clearly take your order. When the food came out the bacon was burnt. They completely lost our drink order, so after waiting 30 minutes we had to wait another 15 for our drinks. Not sure what’s going on other than the employees need better management.

  What is the matter with the workers here? Almost every single person is in a HORRIBLE mood and have the WORST attitudes! They don't even let you finish ordering, just cut you off mid sentence and tell you to pull around. Once you reach the window, they don't greet you or say anything just thrust hot coffee at you and spill it on you, don't say their sorry or even give you napkins and just to find out your order isn't even right! Get a different job if you're that damn miserable EVERY DAY

  This location never fails to screw up orders. Ordered a chai latte today and somehow it got made with coffee. Just gonna stick with Starbucks from now on.

  MIKE is a very RUDE employee. Rude to customers and fellow employees. He needs to be terminated ASAP. Made me wait so he could count tips then blamed other employees for the delay as I watched him hold everything up.
