  I've been here a few dozen times over the last few years. 95% of the time I get someone being super friendly at the drivethru window and it makes the experience nice. 5% of the time at the pickup window it's some young kid who isn't realizing he's the odd one out for this location and grunts me my bag of food.

  I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this location is. My family and I just got done shopping and stopped here to grab some dinner. There was nobody in line at this time. I ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and one small fry. (1 with no ketchup and 1 with only ketchup) we pulled around and only waited about 3 minutes for the food to come out the window. I always check before leaving because we live about 25 minutes from here. The burgers were soaked in ketchup, I mean completely drenched to the point it was seeping through the wrappers. The fries were tossed in the bag and obviously very old and cold. I decided to go back in, because there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be served food like that. I spoke with a manager, who was not friendly at all. We stood there about 5 minutes and saw the young group of kids in the back remake our sandwiches, while complaining. We received the items back, they looked a bit better but still just absolutely soaked in ketchup. At this point I’m over it and just wanted to get home. I have never been so disappointed! As a little girl my grandmother would take me to this location and it was always the best! I am completely shocked at how terrible this place has become! If you would have made our food the proper way the first time, you wouldn’t have had to start over. A bunch of young generation kids who are lazy and want to act like fools. Never again! I will be in touch with corporate!
