After 10 minutes of waiting …drove back to the drive-thru and I was given someone else’s order, so I had to go in and get an update on my order. As they did not have the bread for the sandwich ordered, I requested a refund. Got my refund, and no apology was offered until I requested it. It was delivered very weakly. I observed lots of staff just waiting around. The drink and food are good, but the customer service is not.
