  The best breakfest I’ve ever had i had a muffin, and sausage egg and cheese it was amazing and the service was so nice the lady was so nice she gave my brother a high five the foods goods and service is great i always Dunkin’ in my life ever

  heavyset lady at the window was extremely rude. couldn’t read her name tag but we ordered two bagels and she only rung up one then was extremely rude about it. told us to pull up rudely and sent out her coworker to bring us the bagel. our snackin bacon was freezing cold and it NEVER is where im from, we told the lady it was cold to which she said “it’s meant to come cold” then rolled her eyes and walked in. i’d really recommend this store to get some new staff. seriously.

  i come to this dunkin all the time. close to home and i’ve been going there since even before they transferred to their newer location. many of their staff in the past has been amazing to deal with, but as of lately something is always wrong with my order and the customer service is highly lacking. sometimes it’s burnt bread but a lot of times it’s also the drinks. i know inflation is a thing, but im sick of spending all that money on drinks for it to be made wrong and on top of that theres always about an inch of emptiness at the top and there’s an absurd amount of ice. three sips and the drinks gone. on the occasions i’ve ordered hot matches, it is never mixed fully and i get chucked of matcha powder. definitely not worth the price. last comment i’d like to make, the staff doesn’t seem to know their menu well. i’ve had multiple times i’ve ordered a drink directly off the menu with no adjustments and it’s made completely wrong. i know they’re specials but the staff should still know how to make their limited time items. i’ve tried to be understanding because this is my go to location and it has been for so long, but i hate spending money on things im not paying for. to me these don’t seem like accidents when every single time it’s something wrong.

  Did not have a good experience ordering through drive-thru. Received my drink and Munkins and was asked to drive up and wait for the sandwich. After 10 minutes of waiting …drove back to the drive-thru and I was given someone else’s order, so I had to go in and get an update on my order. As they did not have the bread for the sandwich ordered, I requested a refund. Got my refund, and no apology was offered until I requested it. It was delivered very weakly. I observed lots of staff just waiting around. The drink and food are good, but the customer service is not.
