If there were a dimension where time slows down just to mock you, it would be the Wendy’s in Hamburg, PA. I went in tonight to get a simple order: two burgers, fries, and a drink. Thirty minutes later, I was still trapped in this twilight fast-food limbo, and not a single soul was in line. I half expected a paranormal force to deliver the fries, because clearly they were conjured from thin air. If you enjoy a suspense thriller where your hunger grows faster than your food, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
What’s even funnier is no one in line, and told to pull to gate. Never again, corporate I’m giving you a call.

Twenty. Minutes. For a burger.
Did they have to go find the cow first? Grow the potatoes? Assemble the bun from scratch? There is absolutely no reason a basic combo meal should take that long unless you completely forgot I existed — which honestly feels like exactly what happened.
When my food finally came out, it tasted like it had been sitting in the back and then panic-microwaved when someone suddenly remembered, “Oh wait, there’s a car out there.” The fries were barely warm and the burger had that sad, reheated texture that screams “we messed up.”

Chicken sandwich was cold , dry, and un chewable. Returned it and left. The atmosphere was very strange. A customer and employee were "discussing" an on line coupon for the entire time we were there-about 20 minutes. Service was extremely slow. A total of three customers while we were there

Changed hours to close at 10 pm which is ridiculous. What happened to good food, late. The flurry machine also is broken half the time. Now we go to Burger King who is open past 10 pm like a good fast food place should be.

Every single time my son asks for Wendy's after he gets out of work at 9pm. Their "system" is conveniently down. How many times a month, week, or day does this happen??? Also seems like every time they get busy this happens also. I was there tonight at 01/05/2026 @ 9:11pm and surprise system was down and we were told it would take at least 20 minutes for them to get it running.
