I had to wait about 20 minutes for my in store order. Even on-line pre-orders take forever to be fulfilled and you end up waiting in the store or drive-thru to pick them up. Nobody even apologized for the long wait times. I'm very dissatisfied because this didn't just happen once, but several times. I don't recommend this place.
