  So I ordered a quesadilla wrap or whatever it's called. But my issue for giving it a two-star in general is there was a lady probably from corporate that apparently doesn't understand that almost 95%. Of people that actually go to like a fast food place. Are ordering food. What irritated mean she asked me sir are you ordering food and I'm pretty sure the only reason why she asked that is because I went through another door to go to the bathroom be aware the bathroom was clogged in the men's bathroom crap in the toilet not taking care of . So yes little irritated got my food great food just I did not expect to be questioned about ordering something while I'm sitting there waiting for my food

  In all my years of working in restaurants, and helping run one, I have never witnessed something as disgusting as I saw yesterday 03/12/26 at approximately 2:30pm. I was dashing as per usual for me, and I received an order for this specific location. As I went inside the order was still being prepared so I stood at the counter looking at the menu and watching the employees do their job and that when I watched two male employees simultaneously rub the sweat off their faces onto their gloved hands and continue to touch customer food without ever changing gloves. I let management know but they didn't seem overly concerned or interested in the fact that they just had two employees contaminate food. They were not even remotely bothered. So I contacted my customer and let them know what I had witnessed and told them to request a refund and toss the order. I will never eat at this location ever again after witnessing that first hand. It was revolting and disgusting. This needs to be dealt with and both employees need fired immediately.

  One taco that takes 3 bites to eat and falls apart is $6.00 or $7.00. That's insane. At any other place like Arbies, Mcdonalds, a pizza place food is cheaper and you get way more to fill you up. Service was wonderful but prices will sink you financially.

  Store seats and tables are filthy The nacho fries were old And I ordered a chalupa and it was more like cardboard worst Taco Bell experience by far

  worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. its a waist of time and money. I have been here a few times and every time has been a disaster. they have gotten my order wrong every time. I get old grease tasting chips and a Crunchwrap that had no meat on it and it looked like someone beat the crap out of it. the workers get orders wrong like their life depends on it. I would honestly just go to the Taco Bell by the outlets and save yourself now.
