March 18, 2026. I placed a mobile order at around 10:16 PM, I was grabbing it on the way home from work for my child. Or at least I thought I was getting my order. When I got there, I pulled up to the drive thru, no greeting, nothing. So I pulled up to first window, no one there. then the second window, got stared at by a man with headphones dancing and singing to himself before he walked away. Knocked on it, nothing. So I called the store, I ordered online and it charged me, took my money and all. The girl on the phone, this was around 10:26 PM, she said she was the store manager, but refused to give her name. I was told because she opened at 4 AM and had to close that she closed at 10 PM, said I wasn't getting my food and she was not going to assist with a refund or any help at all. I questioned it because a car pulled out when I had arrived and they had food. And I was charged for my food. She was very rude and trying to guilt trip me through the conversation. As someone that worked fast food and retail for 15 years, you don't do that to your customers. Her first story, like I said was that she opened and closed so she closed early, said there were signs up, there were no signs in view anywhere I looked. Then her second story when I questioned that was that they were short staffed and had to close early... so, which is the truth? because none of the other McDonald's I've been to at that time do that at all. I was then told they're not allowed to talk to me or even let me know they're closed at all if they see me... what? she kept saying after 11 they can't open the window, and I kept saying it's 10:26 PM. She got a bigger attitude when I asked why she didn't turn the mobile ordering off so it wouldn't even take orders or money and she claims she did, clearly she didn't because I ordered and was charged. I had to go through my cash app support just now to get them to refuse the charge because she refused to help with a refund or anything at all and she also refused me corporate's number. whoever the store manager is for this location needs to have herself checked by the DM or HR, her professionalism is non-existent. she threw some "good for you", "not my problem", "want a cookie" responses when I was stating the issue to her as well. This location needs to seriously look at how their "13 year store manager" behaves to customers. That's another thing, bragged again and again about working at McDonald's for 13 years... wow.
