- RDRobert Davis2 days ago1.0French fry’s were cold and very dry. Burgers were dry and broken. Trash was overflowing in all the trash cans. No paper towels in the restroom, sinks were dirty, restroom floor was wet with no wet signs letting us know. The dining room floor was sticky. The tables were dirty and gross. There is nothing good about this store. The employees are some of the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen. They need to get paid a lot less than they do. Maybe the manager should be fired and the store be inspected. Also don’t try to use the happy meal coupon, the coupon is not for all of the meals. Never coming back. Burger King is better for me usually and my family. There are times they struggle. However Mc D’s has not been good for a long time since they grew up. It is not just this one only it’s the majority of stand alone restaurants have gotten bad.

I ordered the hot honey McCrispy with extra jalapeños and pickles, they added 4 jalapeños and 1 pickle. I also ordered a happy meal for my daughter, they forgot the burger entirely. I’ve watched a staff member drop my McFlurry on the pavement, pick it up, and still try to give it to me before I asked for a new one. They’ve ignored the way Ive ordered food on the app multiple times and messed it up, or simply forgotten to add stuff. I’ve never had this many problems with any other location, just Greenville. I’m still mad I spent $5 on a happy meal for nothing, Do better
