They have lost my business. Placed a mobile order, get there and the drive through is 7 deep to order. Go inside and there is an employee standing in the line "waiting", after two other potential customers walk out, and now 20 minutes trying to pick up "fast food", I walk out....go to the pickup window and ask for the order. They say no, you need to go through the drive through....great job.
