  Every time I come here my order is wrong because the woman taking drive thru orders is always in a rush. I ordered a “small twist cone with sprinkles”…somehow she heard “two cones with sprinkles”…no. Get that figured out, pay for what I did order, and I get a vanilla cone with sprinkles…not the first time my order has been wrong. Could overlook the lack of care for the building and property overall if the owner would learn how to talk to people instead of rushing. Use some profits for a new speaker or go on a vacation.

  Went to DQ and was standing in line at the counter inside. The girl working the drive thru speaker and register said to the gentleman photoed that “this car wants to pay for the one behind it, he gave a $20 bill”… The gentleman photoed said “charge him for extra stuff so we can keep the money as a tip”! He then proceeded to take the extra money and stuff it in his own pockets. Not only did this guy steal from a customer, he took advantage of someone wanting to do good in the world. Absolutely appalled.

  I typically wouldn't review a fast food place but one act changed my mind. My husband and I stopped in for dinner and I ordered a 3 piece tender meal. When I got my food and sat down, a woman approached the table and stated that my tenders were fresh but she didnt like the way they looked so she was making me new ones. I was a little taken back because I didnt think anything of it, they looked fine to me. 10 minutes later she brought out 3 fresh tenders for me. I didnt need them but it was incredibly nice to see someone take pride in their food and quality to the extent of this! Will definitely return to this location!

  As I'm sitting here in the drive through waiting to get my two hot dogs that I paid over $8 for looking at this pathetic parking lot wondering why they've never put any money in to it?!?! DQ is the most overpriced fast food there is. This was my very last time patronizing this place.
