  Review: Wendy's (April 25, 2026) ​​I am updating this review to include further details and context. Having worked for Wendy’s in the past, as well as serving as a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s and Taco Bell, I know exactly how a fast-food environment is supposed to operate. This experience was unacceptable. ​I waited nearly 20 minutes to speak with a manager regarding the food quality, specifically fries that were served basically raw. Staff members claimed the manager was "too busy" to speak with a customer. As a former trainer, I know that managers who cannot prioritize customer safety and product concerns are not managing the store. ​The claim of being busy was also deceptive. I counted only three or four cars in the drive-thru and maybe eight people already eating in the dining room. No customers stood at the counter to place orders. Real "busy" is surviving the Beanie Baby seasons at McDonald’s where hundreds of customers clapped for every new box and demanded immediate service. Managing three cars is simple work. ​Furthermore, another customer and I both noted how dangerously slippery the floors were. The floor was grease-slicked, posing a massive liability for a slip-and-fall accident. Between the raw food, the lack of management accountability, and the hygiene issues I have already documented, this location is failing every professional standard. ​I stopped for a meal on a Saturday, expecting a basic level of cleanliness and service, but this location failed on every front. From health hazards to poor food quality, the experience was disappointing. ​Food Quality & Service ​The Fries: I was served soggy, undercooked fries. When I politely asked for a fresh, hot batch, the staff acted as if the request were an impossible favor. Paying for food that is not fully cooked is frustrating. ​Cross-Contamination: The worker placed my drink cup upside down directly on the counter before handing the item to me. In a food service environment, that action is a direct violation of hygiene standards. I requested a new cup immediately. ​Facility Cleanliness (Photos Attached) The state of the dining room and restrooms was unacceptable. ​Dining Area: Most of the tables were dirty with visible crumbs and sticky residue. The floors were covered in debris and looked like they had not been swept in hours. ​Restrooms: The condition of the bathroom was stomach-turning. Waste and paper were left on the toilet seat and the floor was filthy. Even the area under the sinks was neglected. ​Summary ​The staff seemed completely indifferent to the state of the restaurant. While the server was not overtly nasty, the total lack of professional awareness regarding food safety and cleanliness is alarming. I would not recommend eating here until management takes health codes and basic maintenance seriously.

  Not very happy. Just got food from there. Drive through order had fries missing got a diet coke instead of a regular payed with a debit card noticed the giy named it in there Farley hard. Like seriously? Noticed it was cracked when I got it back. I never had a bad experience here going inside. Seriously can anyone pay attention to details anymore. I have atmosphere a hight rate inside is fine
