  Do not waste your time going to this location drive out to Pittsburgh they give you cold food and then will refuse to give you more when you ask for another order of fresh food do not go here. Waste of time.

  I really don't know what has happened to this place. The staff there all seem like they have no idea what's going on. I ordered two slushies and waited in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes with three cars in front of me, all while two boys were walking around eating food and drinking in the Drive-Thru area. There was no greeting upon was pulling up to the window and these kids seem to be bothered with doing their job. I will never return here, every time I come here I never have a good experience I don't know why I keep giving them chance after chance but I am done now. I will gladly drive up the road to Arby's or Chick-fil-A where I know I'm going to get good food and great customer service. These kids need retrained or the management needs to be replaced because this place is a joke.

  Food was quick and the gentleman that gave me my food was very considerate but that's about all I can say. The food at this sonic was a joke and I can truly say I have never been so let down by any fast food place.

  Now I know there are not a lot of Sonic’s here in Pennsylvania PGH area but this place brings the best service and food I’ve seen. They actually made the smash burgers just like and advertisement. And tastes great. It’s always great to for once get the food that matches the picture you see
