I have ordered a salad and waited 35 minutes. just a salad. they have no sense of urgency and go way out order doing whatever meals they want to first.

Doesn’t matter if you go in and pick it up or wait in the drive thru line, they’ll take a century to make your food and it’ll be cold when you get it. I don’t know how it’s possible to be this inefficient.

I ordered a soup and salad for dine-in, not to-go, but the employee packed everything to go and told me they didn’t have enough plates at the moment. That was already frustrating, but it got worse. When I sat down to eat, my soup was fine, but the salad smelled extremely bad — like it was old and spoiled. I didn’t even take a bite because the smell was enough. I brought it back and told the employee, but her response was shocking. She said she “couldn’t smell it” and that she couldn’t take it back. Then she offered to make another one but added that “it’s going to be the same.” That response was completely unacceptable. At that point, I didn’t even want a replacement or a refund — I just threw it in the trash. Horrible customer service and very poor food quality. I definitely will not be coming back.
