  I went here around 11PM. It was honestly the worst fast food I have ever eaten. Disgustingly greasy, like I had to wash my hands after touching my grease soaked bun. All the food was cold, the fries were limper than an 80 year old man, and the food tasted like they cleaned a floor with it. They had already closed the ice cream machine and they had to check if they even had potatoes. Actually the worst fast food place nearby. Also what kind of humans use sweet pickles on a burger… that may have been the worst part of it all.

  I took my daughter to lunch after an appointment. You can tell staffing is a well oiled machine in working together. The food was great and the dining room was clean. Great atmosphere. Good job!

  This is my local Wendy's. I've been going here for years. There's been good times & bad times. I always give them the benefit of the doubt. Even my stepdaughter worked there for a few years. But on Oct 13 I got burgers that were so undercooked. All my burgers were wrong. My mom was upset bc she's 80 & she's picky but she loves Wendy's for some reason. I called & spoke to Bree. She was so very nice & it made me feel good. Not only did she say she would replace everything, but she was just going to give me 3 Value Meals instead of just the burgers & random sides I got. I came out & told my mom & husband how nice she was & they were going to give us value meals. Now, I haven't been able to get up there. I did go once but I went through the Drive Thru because I wanted to try the new chicken strips & sauces. My mom has bugged me for the last 3 weeks to go get them. She called me almost every day asking me if we were getting the Wendy's. Well, today was the day. I told her if my husband got off at a decent time I would go. He told me he would be done at 4 so I headed to Wendy's. I get there, tell the girl my information... They tell me that I already redeemed it??? Not me. I hadn't been there besides the chicken strips. I was really upset. They brought out the book to show me that someone wrote "yes" under redeemed. Okay, well, it wasnt me. Why arent they writing down the day it was redeemed? Why not check IDs for something that is like $40+??? Go on the camera & show me I was there & redeemed it. At this point the manager says, "I'm not gonna fight with her, just give it to her." I wasnt fighting, I was just upset that I was being told I did something I did not & my mom & husband were looking forward to it. She says she's seen me in there before. Yeah. I've been coming in here for the last 15 years. You probably have seen me. I go there a lot bc my mom & husband love their burgers & my mom loves their potatoes. I was shaking & couldn't even think of my order. I didn't order meals I was promised just the bare minimum bc I was so shaken. My anxiety was out of control. When my anxiety is up I can't think. I had tears in my eyes. My mom said it was probably an employee since they don't give free meals to their employees that saw it wasn't redeemed yet & put that it was so they could get it. Regardless of what it was. I was so embarrassed & mortified. I am the type of person that if I noticed I walked out with something that was 5 cents by accident I"d take it back. He says I'm honest to a fault. I felt so bad & felt completely gaslit. I just wanted out of there. Also, my burger today wasnt cooked the whole way through... but I don't think I'll say anything. Maybe I'll just go to Burger King. First picture is Oct 13 & second is today, Oct 31.
