  I've been going to this paneras a lot for the past month and never have I had any issues until today. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie (finally a warm one). Anyway . I then went in front of the counter where they make the food and waited roughly 30 minutes while 5 other customers were called to pick up there order at the counter before me? Mind you this was when they switched to lunch. I got tired of standing there for roughly 30 minutes for the 1 sandwich I ordered? I gave up waiting and walked back up to the register where you order and told them "I give up waiting for this one sandwich". This extremely rude I guess (manager) with jeans on and blonde hair asked me if I wanted a refund? Uhm? Yes. She seemed angry at me and proceeded to "I guess" hand me the $7.00 for the sandwich.. She did say sorry and that seemed to take everything she could to apologize to me? Again Extremely rude and didn't even care to say anything else? Extremely Unprofessional to say the least. I walked to my car and noticed I was given $7.00 back while I paid roughly $11.00. I walked back in to paneras and put the 4 dollar cookie back on the counter where I got this and walked back out and left. I have never been to a place this rude and with such a bad attitude toward a customer. It seems I was to blame for this entire ordeal and I can assure you not one 1 person making this food was notified about my situation. Dreadful experience with everything I had to deal with. I won't be going back here especially since everything must me the customers fault. The question below "What did I get"? NOTHING except for a unprofessional manager rude girl. How much did I spend per person? about $11.50? How long did I wait for a table? N?A Good Day.

  The service is decent, the food is decent. The music was surprisingly loud and made it difficult to talk (or think), which was a little surprising (we chose this place deliberately to get some work done). Also, the prices are genuinely higher than other casual dining/sit down options in the area. I don't visit very often and don't plan to change that any time soon.

  I was here the other day, and truthfully, I was having one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time. When I stepped up to order my food, I have to admit that I judged the young lady behind the counter. She had a metal ring in her nose, her hair was an unnatural color( It was reddish with hints of purple) and because of that I assumed she was troubled and was rude to her. Yet in spite of my attitude, she remained gracious. She kindly asked what I would like, complimented my hair, and treated me with a warmth I certainly did not deserve. In that brief interaction, she managed to turn my entire day around.
