Almost every time I order by app ( to try to make it easier on them) I am frequently giving coffee without cream, sugar or foam, hell half the time I'm giving an iced coffee over what I actually ordered
- JJJennyJan 21, 20261.0Always some issue at this dunkin. Went through the drive through today and noticed when I pulled away from the screen they rung up the wrong drink. I got to window and they had it ready and it was definitely the wrong drink. I told the girl it was not correct and the one I actually wanted, she said ok and walked away. Was gone 30 seconds came back with the same drink, they added whipped cream and drizzle to make it look like the right one. 10 employees working but you can’t remake one drink. Terrible customer service and refused to make the correct drink. Management doesn’t care either. Had an issue before, waiting 10 minutes for a bagel and management got smart with me about it. Terrible terrible service.

It was iced who wants iced coffee in the winter time? Not me anyway. And when someone orders almond Milk its because you cant have dairy. Why would you pile it hight with whipped cream and chocolate. There's only one girl there that knows what she's doing. This one was too much in a rush in a hurry. I didn't even give the dang thing back. Because it wasn't even worth me. Doing it, I threw it away. Can't give a storm on atmosphere. Because I didn't goi.I went through the drive through. But I'll give this place one more chance. Well, I did. And I will never go back
