So I went inside and hit the bathroom before I ordered food and after 20 minutes of being opened that bathroom was disgusting. We were then told to go to the back of the line??? The line currently out to the highway??? Absolutely not. On the phone with customer service now because what the actual hell is going on there? Ordered on the app for pick up on a Sunday at 5:30. Pulled into the parking lot and there is a line wrapped around the building and then some. Apparently the inside dining is closed and it’s now drive thru only? Multiple people have walked up to the doors just to walk away. Half an hour later and we are still in this line.
