She did not wash her hands before changing gloves. She touched everything with dirty gloves. The utensils were not cleaned after cross contamination. She toutched the burrito shells, these need thrown away. This is disgusting. She passed safeserve certification. She knows how to wash her hands, and when to change gloves. She knows the risks that come with cross contamination, and she does not care. Get this person out of a kitchen, keep her away from food. This is totally inexcusable. Serious food risk here. This is take out. You dont know where the food is going to end up after it leaves your store. You do not know if its going to someone with a compromised immune system. The consequences of improper food handling can cause serious illness and death. A visit to the er for food poisoning is thousands of dollars. You need to fire this woman. The manager didnt do a thing, this is disgusting

We asked for the manager and after explaining the issue he literally just said "okay" and turned around while the same nasty employee remade the order... Without even washing her hands. If they can't even handle food safety that's visible over the counter, I can't imagine how disgusting the conditions are where customers can't observe.

Hardly anyone in the restaurant though. They wouldn't even let me cancel in the store. I had to call and talk to customer service for 15 minutes to even get my refund for the food I never got.
