  We decided to stop at BWW. The staff was quick to help seat our group of 23. The waitresses were quick to take our order with a smile. Food was quick to come. They kept our drinks full as needed. The food prep was spot on. I tried deep fried cauliflower. It was amazing. Everyone was very happy we stopped on such a short notice.

  Our kids became huge fans of bdubs over the weekend..which is a win for mom and dad!!

  I will begin this with my conclusion, spend your money at a local restaurant, fireball, or club, and do not support this continued corporate complacency that all or any care. Two weeks ago I had placed an order for bone in wings and a salad for pick up. Upon pick up, I double checked the salad as my fiancé has dietary restrictions. It looked good. Once I got home though, I realized that I had been given boneless wings. Part my fault as I did not double checked. I called to let them know, and was placed on hold for 10 minutes for a manager. I thought maybe call had been lost, it happens. I called back, stating I had just been on the line, they placed me back on hold. This could have been solved over the phone, I was interested in a few dollars back or a coupon, as I had paid for a high priced product then I received. After being on hold 6 more minutes, I became fed up, and grabbed my wrong order and began the 25 minute drive back to the venue. I presented, still on hold now for a combined 40 minutes, to the restaurant. Management was quick with replacing my meal, but time and energy already lost. Gas close to 4 dollar a gallon, and I had to drive all over earth to get any service. To add insult to injury, I get back from my appointment, finally to eat dinner 2.5 hours late, and my fiancé discovers that her salad had already been dressed with some mystery dressing which was not in the recipe or any order. Overall the entire meal was ruined after spending close to $50. I called corporate to let them know my complaint, as I had to now run to an appointment. They let me know I would be contacted by management in 5 days. Still no call. I called corporate again this week later stating I was never contacted back. They did have documentation of my first call. Here I am, another week later, with no call back, a wasted $50, and about $20 of gas down. 0stars, poor management, and no accountability.

  I ate here today and as always Amanda's service is amazing. The pirate game was on they had a nice crowd. This place literally has the name in it. Wings. So very small and what pissed me off is the size of them and they where Luke warm at best. I never send anything back. Someone has to be checking this. I has two 10 piece at 20 a Crack. Let's say they were baby Robin size. I am done with the wings from here. They had a couple of burgers that looked great. For next time.
