  I went to Arby's and decided to try the new Rod Wave meal, the 350 pounds of chitlins and roast beef were amazing. Definitely getting again

  Food was enjoyable, hot, and delicious, manager Sara came to make conversation with us, she was absolutely amazing so sweet and generous, Kim and jaz helped me order and helped each other in the back absolutely amazing crew all 3 of them seemed to really enjoy what they do! Amazing service will be back very soon

  Ordered the new French Dip Royale,so disappointed nothing like the sandwich in the commercial,bun was falling apart,little meat,carmalised onions,were just soggy onions,will never order it again!!!

  Here visit my son attending college and unfortunately witnessed the manager (Sarah) screaming at a costumer. The final words from the manager was "you can go sometime else in eat if you don't like it" in a yelling and threatening tone. I've watched videos online of these types of encounters, different experience seeing it in person. The customer left quietly. The customers in the dining area where I was sitting were discussing and questioning how someone can act that way in her position. Sad. When I asked another employee in the dining room if this was the norm, she said I just started here yesterday, I don't know. This employee did apologize for Sarah's actions.
