  Food was great. The waiter young male must of been new. He had no clue. The food was good and timely. It was loud because the girls volleyball team was there about 25 girls.

  We go from chambersburg to Greencastle to get the Black forest ham sandwich since the pizza huts in chambersburg nor shippensburg stopped making them.

  I love this location and I go here about once a month for take out, when the kids have sporting events or school functions. Most of the employees know me by name and are very friendly, my order is always ready on time, hot and they rarely forget anything! Recently I’ve had a few issues though which is why I decided to write this review. 1. I had placed an order & paid extra for pan crust & received the wrong type of crust, which wasn’t a huge deal and I get mistakes happen, but the manager offered a $10 off promo that was supposed be added to my account but it wasn’t, so I asked about it in December when I went to pick up another order. I still had the pictures of the receipt showing I paid for pan and the pizzas beside the receipt that were obviously the wrong crust but she never asked to see the pictures and yet she acted annoyed with me then said that she wasn’t accusing me of lying but people do lie to get discounts!? I was slightly frustrated because she WAS insinuating that I was lying! She had my account in front of her showing I am a loyal customer who has only received a discount 1-2 times MAYBE in over 8 years. Thankfully she still added the promo and the other girl who was helping me was so amazing so it didn’t stop me from ordering there again. 2. I always get 2 original pan pizzas, 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni and the cheese pizza is perfect but the pepperoni pizza (which is an additional $1.50 for pepperoni), has almost NO cheese on it. This has been the case at least 10 consecutive times! There wil be some cheese on about half the pizza and then no cheese on 2-3 slices and hardly any at all on the other few slices. I would have never said anything about this but again, the manager accusing me of lying just irritated me because I could have complained about every single order I’ve received and yet I didn’t! I will still continue to order from here because overall I’ve had a decent experience but I hope the manager realizes she should appreciate her loyal customers or all customers for that matter!

  I mean the breadsticks were good and quick but the girl running the counter, as a gen z age person myself, she had the worst "gen z glare" quality service I've ever seen lol. No one in the restaurant and I go "yeah I'd like two things of brea-" "is that it?." I'm just tryna be nice, "have a nice day" that kind of stuff and she's talking like she's on pace for a world record speedrun but has to stop and take my order for two breadsticks lol. No idea, i liked my food, but she needs to work on her customer service though. Maybe a rough day? I was a bit perplexed, we usually don't have that around here.

  The food is great but that is the only thing that is so its safe to say that this place is going to close soon mark my words
