Most of the time I place an order for a later time for when I get out of work to pick up on the way home and by the time I get there the food is always ready and hot. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. We've always gotten the food exactly as we ordered it.

No one even tried to help us in the waiting area crowded with customers. Finally we asked for help because we saw our order sitting on a cold table. We still had to wait for our garlic knots. Our pizzas were not hot. We were handed pepperoni rather than mushroom. There was no garlic crust as ordered. We are very disappointed in the service, quality and our frustrating experience.

It’s not my fault that she didn’t make it when she was supposed to to. I told her I will get a half point if I go back one minute late for lunch. I didn’t get any discounts or anything other than trying to spin it on me
