I waited without complaint for 20 minutes, but when I told the guy making the sandwiches that I was going to be late for an appointment he told me — and this is an exact quote — “Then leave. Nothing is keeping you here.” I didn’t yell or argue, but told him that I had already paid for it. He angrily grabbed my food and argued when I mentioned that it was missing an item. I just let him win the argument so I could get out of there. If you like Primos, I suggest going to another store until management hires someone who won’t take out their frustration on a customer.
