It's towards the end of the day and she's being the worst kind of customer. Literally degraded the cashier. But the crew here handled it well and calmly. So, the “manager” Khalid Jones tell me that I gave too much unnecessary information when adding my address for delivery online. I gave my address correctly. He insisted that I was wrong with my delivery instructions. Then claimed that he lived in these apartments, then he would know the confusion is on the driver. Not me. Clearly that was a lie. Never again. I don’t do business with liars.

The first one looked kinda burnt but it was a level I could deal with and just consider "extra crispy". 2nd one, the bread was cut so unevenly the the top bread was basically the thickness of cardboard and so it cooked extremely fast and was essentially charcoal for bread. Can't believe they boxed that up and expected me to eat it, gotta do pickup and check your food before leaving this place
