  Pizza shells are only good for 24 hours once fried, and keeping them any longer in those heating cabinets results in what many describe as a "chemical" taste. This is different from when the oil is old and burnt, that will affect all fried products immediately, and leave them looking darker and tasting burnt. The pizza shells are most susceptible to the chemical taste when hold-times expire but you can get the same with chips and twists. The solution is simple for the store: don't over-fry and mark older products as "use first". As a customer you force them to solve the problem by demanding a remake every time you get a bad one, and a refund if the remake is equally bad. Do surveys where you mention the chemical taste, and the area coaches will see it and force the stores to improve their procedures.

  It’s shocking how expensive it has become. $5 for a cheesy Gordita crunch? That and a meal was over $20. Also, my stomach was very upset with me after this visit. I don’t think I will be visiting a Taco Bell again.

  I was out today with a friend stopped by this Taco Bell we spent $25 and get home to eat and everything we had was loaded up with lettuce and tomato and barely any meat we thought there was seriously none. We didn’t order drinks so $25 for food that basically was non existent. Crunchwrap wasn’t crunchy at all no cheese on it either. Tacos full lettuce & tomatoes lack of meat as well. Gordita crunch wrap horrible as well. To pay that amount of money and not get what you expected is robbery. Sad they really need someone to over see workers. This is unacceptable for the price. I will be reaching out to a supervisor or manager. Reading reviews this seems to be happening to a lot of people ordering from this specific Taco Bell. DO BETTER TACO BELL !!!!

  Order took forever for a couple of soft tacos and nachos fries. I live around the corner. I got home food was cold. My sauces were not in the bad. The guy making the food was moving like he was struck in quicksand. No sense of urgency although the store and the drive thru was super packed.
