Ok fine, I’ll get a bagel since we live so close by.. bagel is cold, not toasted.. not prepared the way I asked for. The guy says ‘hey next time call ahead and we’ll get that ready for ya”. Ok, no problem I’m thinking. Try this place again today.. called ahead, waited 15 minutes. ..once again bagel not toasted, cold as a corpse. I give up with this place, can easily make it better at home.

The customer service was a lil spicy for me. Not toward me but a man was upset he had to wait there guy was so rude to him then any one who came to pick up he would tell them THANK YOU FOR CALLING IN YOUR ORDER. It was unnecessary. Then told the guy he should a called it in. The customer was like I was driving by. It made the atmosphere nasty because I walked in myself and I waited over 40 minutes. But I would go again for that sandwich lol it was a French something with syrup with both bacon and sausage ... just get it.
