Walked in when only two other tables were seated, drink order took twenty minutes...for a bottled beer. Half our order was forgotten and never put in for a party of two, spoons weren't given for pho, nor was hoisin or Sriracha. For an adequate service experience, you need professional wait staff. They were apologetic for the extreme wait (my partner's bowl of pho arrived 40 minutes after mine) but it's just odd not to have real wait staff available on a Saturday night. Two bowls of pho and a banh mi shouldn't be a two and a half hour ordeal. Door dash orders were going out while we still weren't being served. Was tempted to Door dash our sit down meal into the restaurant for better service 🤷♀️
