Upon entering the restaurant, there were two people at the front, both on the phone, a male and a female, even though we were standing there, they never even acknowledged us.
The restaurant was pretty slow because it was late afternoon in between lunch and dinner.
Once person finally got off the phone and we were seated.
We both ordered burgers, a bison, and a regular beef burger and asked for them to be prepared medium.
Both came out medium well to well done.
Alongside that came with air fryer french fries.
The burgers were done over. One came back, medium, the other one medium well.
The air fryer fries were dry and hard.
It shouldn’t be that challenging to make a burger or to get a side of decent fries.
Overall experience, including atmosphere was poor and the staff seems indifferent including management. I would not recommend.

It’s my Mom’s birthday dinner. I’ve eaten at this restaurant a few times, and by far this was the best service I’ve gotten from them. Bobby, our server, is refined. We were impressed by his attentiveness and his ability to articulate. Thanks again for being an awesome spot for an awesome occasion.

The soup was luck warm, the shirmp wasn't cleaned in the risotto but their kinda enough to change it and re heat the soup. The best thing I had was the bread pudding and Shirley Temple.

We choose Harvest for the vegan options and are normally quite pleased with our food. Last time we went and had a sit down dinner, they were busy, service was slow and the food was overcooked and dry based on previous experiences. Tonight we had a colossal let down with take out. The winter root vegetable bowl was mush. It could’ve been a soup dish. So overcooked, flavorless and now in the trash. My nachos were good but the avocado was all brown. Not the quality you expect for these prices. I suggest eating there during slower times and be careful with take out as the food “decays” quickly.

Atmosphere and server were wonderful. Food was frankly dreadful. Cold soup, three overcooked tasteless burgers, barely cooked caremelized onions, a tough, inedible, unsalted steak on an undressed salad with cold chewy bacon, soggy fries without seasoning, and untoasted bread with a mediocre squash dip. Nice people but would never eat a single bite of food here again.
