  I just left this location an hour ago and, once again, the service was a major letdown. While the food and atmosphere are fine, the staff’s lack of care is exhausting. I ordered Onion Pita crisps with Sumac sour cream to go and specifically asked the woman at the checkout if the sour cream was in the bag. She assured me it was, but I just got home to find it’s missing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be looked in the eye and lied to because someone is too lazy to double check/put it in a bag. This is a recurring issue here, and I'm tired of paying for items I don't receive.

  Staff was very friendly and explained all the food questions we had in depth since it was our first time there! Food was excellent!

  I’d take a picture, but the food is gone! It is always so delicious there. The ingredients taste fresh and I love that they have many df options!! The staff is super friendly and I’m always so excited to go there.

  I really enjoy eating protein bowls. The combination of flavors and macronutrients. It's a double win when something that tastes so good is also good for you!

  I just threw away four bowls of salad and wasted $70 on dinner tonight. The quality of the ingredients was shockingly poor—it honestly looked like they were pulled straight out of the trash. The steak in my salad was tough, fatty, and barely edible. The rice was dry and hard. There were hardly any greens, and the tomatoes were limp and soggy. On top of that, two salad dressings were missing, so my husband had to use dressing from our own fridge. The final straw: on his second bite, my husband pulled a long, nasty hair out of his mouth. At that point, we were completely disgusted and threw all the food away. Never again! P.S. Please wear hair nets. This is basic food safety.
