Our experience at the Glen Mills location was not the same. It was extremely dirty. The floors in the kitchen and the smell in the hallway to the bathrooms was horrible. Our food was swimming in sauce to the point where we had to drain is out of our burrito bowls with a spoon. Iām not one to complain but it was pretty bad.

Fruit flies that were huge and all over the drinks and hot sauce and throughout the restaurant, the amount of flies was extreme. They have missing inventory by the drinks, no straws but replaced with dollar store bendy straw that are loose in the basket without a sanitary cover so all the stress touch eachother or could be landed on by flies. No to go lids, and I spilled the open hot sauce in transit. Totally dropped the ball on their supply ordering. The food was disgusting. I got their signature burrito. The chicken was barely chopped and in large chewy pieces and I couldn't eat the food after few bites it was terrible. I really hope I don't get sick... Management totally dropped the ball on this location, and I've been coming since they opened. Hoping they will close up, step aside and let a proper more passionate restaurant open in its place. It's waste of space and not cheap rent. And it's never busy, they never have customers. People know it's bad now.
