  Excited about this new location but disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. For a newly opened restaurant, some effort to clean the tables between guests is not unreasonable. No table was without some sticky residue or pieces of food. Perhaps you could provide something to use for guests who prefer to clean their own tables. Perhaps everyone is still in training on how to treat a customer? It was difficult to get anyone's attention once you pay for your meal. I will try a different location until they figure things out.

  Went to get a new protein bowl and the audacity of the manager at the counter to basically yell at the worker not to fill it up (when it literally says filled with to the top in commercials and ads online) has made me boycott this place. Feel so sorry for that poor person just working the food line while the manager screams in their ear LESS FOOD!

  Servings The server would scoop a good amount but then only sprinkle half of the scoop. No joke, I think we got like 6 pieces of chicken. When we asked for more, she said she would charge us extra. Beans are free but when we asked for more since the scoop was so small, she just took a deep sigh and sprinkled a couple more. We came here a couple weeks ago too so we had a fairly good comparison of the servings. Attitude Listen, we’re really not the type to care about attitude, just give us the food and we’re fine. And all of the servers were fine except the specific one working on our bowls. She kept sighing and glaring even when we kept saying please and thank you. It felt like we were a nuisance bothering her. We got queso on the side and told her it was for chips, but by the time we got to the register, the cashier was nice enough to let us know we should’ve gotten a larger one and replaced it for us. Food Quality Our chips were undercooked/stale. The taste and texture was just off.

  I got here when there was no one in the restaurant and yet they took 10 minutes to come up to me and ask me what I wanted to order and then once I started ordering they said they ran out of steak and beans and I had to wait another 10 minutes and they weren’t asking me anything if anything was OK like they literally just are so bad with customer service.
